• Suburb and trade you operate in
• Website URL (if you have one)
• Customer reviews and ratings from public sources (Google Business Profile)

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Build and deliver the website or audit you requested
• Contact you about your project via email or SMS
• Send you the free audit report
• Provide ongoing hosting and support (if you become a customer)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS Sydney). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How to access, correct, or delete your data

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@thesmartwebsite.co. We will action your request within 30 days.

Marketing communications & opting out

We may send you marketing emails or SMS about our services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Every SMS includes “Reply STOP to opt out”. You can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@thesmartwebsite.co.

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality only. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
